How late can I order to make sure it gets there in time for
the funeral service?
We can usually have an order delivered in about 4 hours after it is placed. You have until 1pm in the funeral home’s time zone to place an order for same day delivery. We also ask that you place the order by 1pm the day prior for next day morning delivery. If it is an early morning delivery, please specify this in the ‘Special Instructions’ during Checkout.
What is an appropriate size of arrangement to
send?
Sizes of the arrangements are shown under the product description. Most of our arrangements are appropriately sized for a funeral home. An appropriate size depends on your situation. Arrangements generally fall into three categories:
Small - Under 16” -
Table Arrangements, Baskets and some Plants
The Rays of Solace Bouquet is an example of a smaller table arrangement that would be appropriate for a funeral home. This vase arrangement stand at about 15" tall and would be easy for the family to take it after the services.
The Enduring Peace Basket is an exmaple to a smaller basket arrangement that may sit on a table as opposed to the floor.
Medium - 16” to 30” -
Baskets, Plants, some Table Arrangements
The Serene Lily Basket stands at about 25" high making it a happy medium between large and small funeral arrangements.

Are you the actual local florist located near the funeral home? Who
is Florist One?
No. We use our preferred local florist that is close to the funeral home to make the delivery. Florist One has been online since 1999. We've delivered over 1 million orders using trusted local florists.
Will this get there before the visitation/service
starts?
The local florist will communicate with the funeral director to make sure your arrangement is delivered at the appropriate time before the family arrives at the funeral.
What if my order is too late for delivery?
If flowers are not delivered, we will refund your money in full. We will ask you first if you’d like to deliver flowers to the family’s home.
Can you send me a picture so I know what is being
sent?
We can make a request but cannot guarantee that the local shop will be able to accommodate this. You can place this as a request in ‘Special Instructions’ during Checkout.
Will the arrangement I choose look exactly as depicted on the website?
Our florist will make the arrangement as similar as possible. Should the florist have to make any substantial changes we would contact you for your approval.
How can I have an arrangement delivered for a Sunday visitation/service?
Florist One is closed on Sundays so Sunday delivery is not an option, however if the visitation or service is on a Sunday you should select Saturdays delivery and you can place the service times in the ‘Special Instructions’. If our local shop is open on Sunday they will deliver it that day and if not they will have it there the Saturday before.
How can I track the status of my order?
We don’t offer a tracking number however you will receive a delivery confirmation email after it’s delivered. Or if you would like an update you can call us at 1-877-610-8262, text at 1-501-406-0358, or email service@floristone.com
Do you have a discount code or any promotions for funeral flowers?
You can save 15% when you make an account before you place an order, only information needed will be your full name and an email address. Click here to start saving.
I didn’t sign the card message, how will the family know I sent flowers?
If you contact us before this is out for delivery we can add a signature to the card message. If it is already on the way to the funeral home we can let the funeral home to add the names to the card. Or if it is a few days after the services and the funeral home or family contact us to find out who sent them, we will give out that information.
Can I request a certain florist make and deliver my arrangement to the funeral home?
We can not guarantee a specific florist will be able to fill your order, however you can request a specific florist in the ‘Special Instructions’ and we will do our best to accommodate that request. Please note that many funeral homes have specific florists that must fill their orders.
Can I add a ribbon with a specific message on it?
Under the ‘Card message’, or in ‘Special Instructions’ you can put 'Ribbon:' and how you'd like the ribbon to read. Please note that the ribbons have preprinted saying such as 'Beloved Friend', ‘Grandmother’, ‘Cousin’ etc. We would not be able to put who the arrangement is from, or a Company name on the ribbon, that would go on the card message only
