Same day delivery is available until 1 PM in the recipient's time zone. Please order as soon as possible to give us enough time. We typically require 4 to 5 hours for flower delivery, but we may be able to accommodate quicker delivery to Harter Funeral Home.

While a hospital room number/location isn't always necessary to deliver, some hospitals have strict policies and will not accept the arrangement or release patient information without it.

Before delivery, our local florist contacts the hospital to confirm the patient's status. If the patient has been discharged, we'll reach out to you to ask if you'd like to redirect the flowers to their home or cancel the order for a full refund.

If the flowers have already been delivered but the patient was discharged before receiving them, we can redeliver to the patient's home at no extra cost to you.
